Control Annual Grass on Rice with Magister


Worried about the grass on your rice crops that show up annually?  Solve your agricultural and cropprotection problem with Magister herbicide which is sold in 5 and 20 litres with liquid hydrocarbons for solvent and Clomazone for its active ingredient.

Improper storage and handling is hazardous.  Here are a few first aid tips:

·         Inducing vomiting is not recommended when Magister is swallowed or taken in.  Take the person to a doctor instantly.

·         If eyes are contaminated, open the eyes by spacing out the eyelids and let in running water to continuously flow for about 15 minutes then seek medical help.

·         If it gets in contact on the hair or skin, get rid of the infected clothes and let water flow on the skin and hair.  Avoid scrubbing the skin.

·         Get the person to breathe some fresh air when inhaled.  Mouth to nose respiration can be given if the person is not breathing.  If symptoms persist, bring the him to a doctor.

To prevent such incidents, it is necessary that the procedures on discarding and storing Magister be followed.

·         Close the container and store in a cool, airy storage.

·         Do not put pesticides, fungicides or fertilizers near it.

·         Avoid storing it for a long time under the direct heat of the sun.

·         Storage room must be locked and situated far from animals, feeds, fertilizers, seeds, food and most importantly to kids and animals.

·         Observe the disposal procedures Under Australian Standard 2505 like:

Ø  Clear spills by covering it with clay or sand.

Ø Stop the spill to go through drains, creeks, sewers and other water channels.
