Preventive Measures to Observe in the Use of Spotlight Plus


Available in 1 litre containers, Spotlight Plus contains Carfentrazone-ethyl.  It is utilized for agricultural and crop protection to desucker grapes, grapevines, olives as well as to repress other common suckers that attack nut and fruit trees and sub-tropical and various tropical fruits.  Spotlight Plus is likewise used in tank fusions with cheap herbicides to hold back some large leafed weeds in non-agricultural and horticultural areas.

     Avoid Spotlight Plus to come in contact with the eyes and skin, as it will cause irritation.  Rinse with soap and water without delay if skin or eyes gets in contact with Spotlight Plus. 
     Steer clear from inhaling spray or vapor mist, as it is hazardous when inhaled. 
     Button overalls up to neck and wrist; wear a washable or disposable head protection and wear chemical resistant elbow-length hand gloves.
     Rinse hands after using the product.
     Use warm water and detergent to wash used clothing, gloves, cap or hat and respirator. 
     Go to a doctor immediately if any poisoning takes place.
     Avoid storing under the direct rays of the sun for a long time. 
     Store Spotlight Plus herbicide in its original packaging and keep lid sealed.
     Storeroom should be cool and well-aerated.
     Before discarding container, it must be triple- or pressure-washed with rinsings decanted to spray tank.
     Return washed and recycled cartons and containers with cap to collecting agency.
     Deplete unrecyclable containers of its contents then punctured before throwing into licensed hazardous waste location.
Bury 500mm into the ground.   Mark the area with a warning.
